Privacy Policy

Overview

brandcontext.ai (the “Site”) is operated by WorkWith AI, Inc. (“BrandContext,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect on the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our marketing website only. If you use a BrandContext product under a separate agreement, that agreement and any product-specific notice govern how we handle information there.

Who we are

Information we collect

We keep collection minimal. There are two ways information reaches us on the Site.

Information you provide

When you submit the demo or contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your brand name and category
• The page you submitted from and the submission timestamp

If you email us directly, we also receive whatever information you include in your message.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Google Cloud Run) records standard server logs — including your IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, requested path, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting. These logs are retained for a short operational window (typically 30 days or less).

We do not currently run analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Search discovery

We use Google Search Console to see how the Site appears in Google search results. Search Console reports aggregate data about Google searches; it does not track visitors on our Site. Google processes those searches on its own platforms under its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

• Respond to your demo request, question, or inquiry.
• Follow up with you about BrandContext after you have contacted us.
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information with a small set of service providers (“sub-processors”) that help us run the Site and communicate with you:

We may also disclose information if legally required (subpoena, court order, or similar process), to protect our rights or property, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Where your information is processed

Data is processed on Google infrastructure primarily in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States — including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland — you understand that your information is transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards, including Google’s Standard Contractual Clauses, for such transfers.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions and related email correspondence: for as long as we have a reasonable business need to follow up, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Server logs: typically 30 days or less.

Your rights

You can email legal@brandcontext.ai at any time to ask what information we have about you, correct information that is wrong, ask us to delete your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. We respond within 30 days.

If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland

Under the GDPR (and UK-GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Our legal bases for processing are (i) your consent, given when you submit a form or email us, and (ii) our legitimate interests in securing the Site and following up on inquiries you initiate. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident

Under the CCPA and CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request its deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not “sell” or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined by California law.

Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect the Site and the data it collects — including HTTPS in transit, access controls on our Google Workspace, and least-privilege principles for internal access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please email legal@brandcontext.ai and we will delete it.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party sites and services — for example, our LinkedIn page. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and which are not covered by this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
